١. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of Terms

بتنزيلك لعبة «فرز القطط» أو استخدامها، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام اللعبة. اللعبة من تطوير ونشر dm لأنظمة iOS وAndroid، وتُوزَّع عبر Apple App Store وGoogle Play.By downloading or using "Cat Sort", you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. The game is developed and published by dm for iOS and Android, and is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

٢. الترخيص الممنوح لك2. The Licence Granted to You

تمنحك dm ترخيصاً شخصياً، غير حصري، غير قابل للنقل، وقابلاً للإلغاء، لاستخدام اللعبة على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكّم بها، للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري. ولا يجوز لك:dm grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use. You may not:

• إعادة هندسة اللعبة أو تفكيكها أو محاولة استخراج شيفرتها المصدرية أو أصولها الفنية.Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the game's source code or art assets.
• تعديل اللعبة أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقّة منها أو توزيعها أو بيعها أو تأجيرها.Modify the game, create derivative works from it, or distribute, sell, or rent it.
• استخدام أدوات غشّ أو تعديل ملفّات الحفظ للتحايل على الاقتصاد داخل اللعبة أو المشتريات.Use cheating tools or modify save files to circumvent the in-game economy or purchases.
• استخدام محتوى اللعبة (المراحل، الرسوم، القطط، الأصوات) خارجها بأي شكل.Use the game's content (levels, graphics, the cats, sounds) outside of it in any form.

٣. المشتريات داخل التطبيق3. In-App Purchases

اللعبة مجانية ويمكن إنهاؤها بالكامل دون دفع أي مبلغ. وتتضمّن ست عمليات شراء اختيارية، كلها استهلاكية: أربع حزم عملات، و«عرض البداية» (يُشترى مرة واحدة)، و«العرض الكبير».The game is free and can be completed in full without paying anything. It includes six optional purchases, all consumable: four coin packs, the Starter Pack (can be bought once), and the Mega Pack.

• تُدار كل المدفوعات عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play. نحن لا نستلم ولا نخزّن أي بيانات دفع.All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We neither receive nor store any payment information.
• كل المنتجات استهلاكية: تُضاف إلى رصيدك على جهازك وتُنفَق، ولا تُستعاد على جهاز آخر ولا بعد إلغاء تثبيت اللعبة.Every product is consumable: it is added to your balance on your device and spent, and it is not restored on another device or after you uninstall the game.
• العملات والمساعدات محتوى افتراضي داخل اللعبة، لا قيمة نقدية له، ولا يمكن استبداله بمال أو نقله خارج اللعبة.Coins and helpers are virtual in-game content with no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.
• طلبات الاسترداد تخضع لسياسات Apple وGoogle وتُقدَّم إليهما مباشرةً، لا إلينا — نحن لا نملك صلاحية ردّ المبالغ. ومع ذلك راسلنا إن واجهتك مشكلة وسنساعدك بما نستطيع.Refund requests are governed by Apple's and Google's policies and must be made to them directly, not to us — we have no ability to issue refunds. Even so, contact us if you hit a problem and we will help where we can.

٤. بياناتك وحفظ تقدّمك4. Your Data and Saved Progress

يُحفظ تقدّمك ورصيدك وإعداداتك محلياً على جهازك فقط. لا توجد مزامنة سحابية ولا حساب. يترتّب على ذلك أن إلغاء تثبيت اللعبة يمحو تقدّمك ورصيدك نهائياً، وأنهما لا ينتقلان بين الأجهزة. نحن لا نحتفظ بنسخة منهما ولذلك لا نستطيع استعادتهما لك. تفاصيل ما يُحفظ في سياسة الخصوصية.Your progress, balance, and settings are saved locally on your device only. There is no cloud sync and no account. It follows that uninstalling the game erases your progress and balance permanently, and that they do not transfer between devices. We keep no copy of them and therefore cannot restore them for you. Details of what is saved are in the Privacy Policy.

وتعرض اللعبة إعلانات من Google AdMob. ما تجمعه Google لأجلها، وكيف تمنح موافقتك أو تسحبها، مبيَّن في سياسة الخصوصية. والمكافآت التي تنالها بمشاهدة إعلان محتوى افتراضي كالعملات والمساعدات المشتراة.The game shows ads from Google AdMob. What Google collects for them, and how to give or withdraw your consent, is set out in the Privacy Policy. Rewards earned by watching an ad are virtual content, like purchased coins and helpers.

٥. الملكية الفكرية5. Intellectual Property

جميع محتويات اللعبة، بما في ذلك الرسوم والقطط وتصميم الغرفة والمراحل والأصوات والشيفرة البرمجية، مملوكة لـ dm أو مرخّصة لها. والخطوط المستخدمة في اللعبة مرخّصة بموجب SIL Open Font License، ونصّ رخصتها مرفق داخل التطبيق.All game content, including the graphics, the cats, the room design, the levels, the sounds, and the code, is owned by or licensed to dm. The fonts used in the game are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, whose text ships inside the app.

٦. التحديثات والتغييرات6. Updates and Changes

قد نُصدر تحديثات تضيف مراحل أو تعدّل توازن اللعبة أو تصحّح أخطاء. وقد نعدّل هذه الشروط من حين لآخر؛ وعند التغييرات الجوهرية سنُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام اللعبة بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المعدّلة.We may release updates that add levels, adjust game balance, or fix defects. We may also amend these Terms from time to time; for material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the amended Terms.

٧. إخلاء المسؤولية7. Disclaimer of Warranties

تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها»، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الصلاحية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو عدم الانقطاع أو الخلوّ من الأخطاء. أنت تستخدم اللعبة على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from defects. You use the game at your own risk.

٨. حدود المسؤولية8. Limitation of Liability

إلى الحدّ الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا تتحمّل dm مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو خاصة ناشئة عن استخدامك اللعبة أو تعذّر استخدامها، بما في ذلك فقدان التقدّم المحفوظ أو الرصيد. وفي جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته فعلياً داخل اللعبة خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game — including loss of saved progress or balance. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid within the game in the preceding twelve months.

٩. الفئة العمرية9. Age Rating

محتوى اللعبة مناسب لكل الأعمار. وإن كنت دون السنّ القانونية للموافقة في بلدك، فاستخدم اللعبة بإشراف وليّ أمرك، ولا تُجرِ أي عملية شراء دون إذنه.The game's content is suitable for all ages. If you are below the age of legal consent in your country, use the game under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and make no purchase without their permission.

١٠. الإنهاء10. Termination

يمكنك إنهاء هذا الترخيص في أي وقت بحذف اللعبة من جهازك. ويجوز لـ dm إنهاؤه إن خالفت هذه الشروط. ويبقى ما دفعته من مشتريات خاضعاً لسياسات المتجر الذي أجريت الشراء من خلاله.You may terminate this licence at any time by deleting the game from your device. dm may terminate it if you breach these Terms. Purchases you have made remain subject to the policies of the store through which you made them.

١١. القانون الحاكم11. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة فلسطين، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية يمنحها لك قانون بلد إقامتك بوصفك مستهلكاً.These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
