نحن "dm"، مطوّرو وناشرو لعبة "عصفور باليد" (Poisoned Rope) — وهي لعبة ألغاز تقوم على قطع الحبال لتحرير العصافير الزرقاء مع تجنّب إطلاق الصقور، بمستويات لا نهائية تُولَّد تلقائيًا، ونظام نجوم ونقاط، وواجهة ثنائية اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية).We are dm, the developer and publisher of "Poisoned Rope" — a rope-cutting puzzle game where you free blue birds while avoiding setting hawks loose, with endless auto-generated levels, a stars-and-score system, and a bilingual Arabic/English interface.

اللعبة لا تتطلّب إنشاء حساب ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا نطلب اسمك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني ولا أي بيانات تعريف شخصية. نحن أنفسنا لا نُشغّل أي خوادم ولا نجمع أي بيانات ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع خاصة بنا — لا Firebase ولا Unity Analytics ولا غيرها.The game requires no account and no login. We do not ask for your name, your email, or any personally identifying information. We ourselves operate no servers, collect no data, and use no analytics or tracking tools of our own — no Firebase, no Unity Analytics, none.

يُحفظ تقدّمك في اللعبة وتفضيلاتك (المستوى الذي وصلت إليه، النجوم، النقاط، اللغة، حالة كتم الصوت، وحالة شراء إزالة الإعلانات) محليًا على جهازك فقط عبر Unity PlayerPrefs، ولا تغادر هذه البيانات جهازك أبدًا.Your progress and preferences (the level you reached, stars, score, language, mute state, and whether you purchased ad removal) are stored locally on your device only, via Unity PlayerPrefs, and this data never leaves your device.

٣. خدمات الطرف الثالث3. Third-Party Services

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات محدودين لتشغيل الإعلانات وعمليات الشراء. لكلٍّ منهم سياسة خصوصية خاصة به:We rely on a small number of service providers to run ads and purchases. Each has its own privacy policy:

٤. الإعلانات والتتبّع4. Advertising & Tracking

اللعبة مجانية وتُموَّل بالإعلانات عبر Google AdMob. تعرض اللعبة نوعين اثنين فقط من الإعلانات:The game is free and funded by ads through Google AdMob. It shows exactly two kinds of ads:

• إعلان بيني (كامل الشاشة) يظهر أحيانًا بين المستويات بعد شاشة النتيجة — ولا يظهر إطلاقًا خلال المستويات الأولى ولا أثناء اللعب نفسه.An interstitial (full-screen) ad that appears occasionally between levels after the result screen — never during the first levels and never during gameplay itself.
• إعلان فيديو بمكافأة، وهو اختياري بالكامل: أنت من تضغط لتشاهده مقابل تلميح أو للتراجع عن آخر قصّة. لا يُعرض عليك أبدًا دون أن تطلبه.A rewarded video ad, which is entirely optional: you tap to watch it in exchange for a hint or to undo your last cut. It is never shown to you unless you ask for it.

في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة، نطلب موافقتك عبر منصّة رسائل المستخدم من Google (UMP / GDPR) قبل أي طلب إعلان؛ فإن لم توافق، لا تُطلب أي إعلانات مخصّصة.In the EEA and the UK we ask for your consent via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP / GDPR) before any ad request; if you do not consent, no personalized ads are requested.

أما على نظام iOS فتعرض لك اللعبة نافذة "شفافية تتبّع التطبيقات" (ATT) من نظام آبل عند أول تشغيل، وتسألك إن كنت تسمح باستخدام معرّف جهازك لعرض إعلانات أكثر ملاءمة. القرار لك وحدك: إن سمحت، قد يُستخدم معرّف IDFA لعرض إعلانات مخصّصة؛ وإن رفضت — أو تجاهلت النافذة — فلا يُقرأ المعرّف إطلاقًا وتبقى الإعلانات غير مخصّصة. ويمكنك تغيير هذا الاختيار في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع.On iOS, the game shows you Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on first launch, asking whether you allow your device identifier to be used to deliver more relevant ads. The choice is entirely yours: if you allow it, the IDFA may be used to serve personalized ads; if you decline — or dismiss the prompt — the identifier is never read and ads remain non-personalized. You can change this choice at any time in your device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

ملاحظة: شراء "إزالة الإعلانات" يزيل الإعلانات البينية بين المستويات. أما إعلانات المكافأة فتبقى متاحة لك اختياريًا إن أردت الحصول على تلميح أو تراجع، ولن تُعرض عليك أبدًا دون طلبك.Note: the "Remove ads" purchase removes the interstitial ads between levels. Rewarded ads remain available to you optionally, should you want a hint or an undo, and are never shown without your request.

٥. عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق5. In-App Purchases

اللعبة مجانية، وتتضمّن عملية شراء اختيارية واحدة فقط: "إزالة الإعلانات" — وهي عملية شراء غير استهلاكية تُدفع مرة واحدة وتبقى دائمة. لا توجد اشتراكات، ولا عملات، ولا صناديق مفاجآت، ولا أي عمليات شراء متكرّرة.The game is free and includes exactly one optional purchase: "Remove ads" — a non-consumable, one-time, permanent purchase. There are no subscriptions, no currencies, no loot boxes, and no recurring purchases of any kind.

The developer never receives or stores your card details or any payment information — these are processed solely by Apple and Google. You can restore your purchase on any device using the same store account via the "Restore purchases" button in the game's Settings (the gear ⚙ at the top-left of the home screen).

هذه اللعبة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية منهم. رغم أن أسلوبها الفني بسيط وودود، فإنها تعرض إعلانات من طرف ثالث ولذلك فهي مصنّفة للفئة العمرية ١٣ عامًا فما فوق. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك قد استخدم اللعبة، فتواصل معنا وسنساعدك.This game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Although its art style is simple and friendly, it does display third-party ads and is therefore rated for ages 13 and up. ٧. أمن البيانات والاتصال بالإنترنت7. Data Security & Connectivity

اللعبة نفسها تعمل دون اتصال بالإنترنت — المستويات تُولَّد على جهازك ولا حاجة لأي اتصال للّعب. يُستخدم الاتصال بالإنترنت فقط لجلب الإعلانات ولمعالجة عملية الشراء والتحقّق منها. وتُرسَل أي بيانات تنتقل عبر الشبكة إلى مزوّدي الخدمات عبر اتصال مشفّر باستخدام بروتوكول HTTPS. أما تقدّمك فمحفوظ محليًا على جهازك عبر Unity PlayerPrefs.The game itself plays offline — levels are generated on your device and no connection is needed to play. An internet connection is used only to fetch ads and to process and verify your purchase. Any data transferred over the network to our service providers is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your progress is stored locally on your device via Unity PlayerPrefs.

Data collected by Google for advertising purposes is subject to Google's retention periods, described in its retention policy. Your game progress remains on your device until you delete the game.
