Welcome to “Write with Alfy”, provided by tech4app (“we”). By using the app, you (as the parent/guardian responsible for the child) agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License & Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for non-commercial educational purposes. Copying, modifying, redistributing, or attempting to extract the app's code or content is prohibited.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

• The app offers an optional subscription (monthly/yearly) to unlock all content, and may include a trial.
• Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play under that store's terms.
• The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions are managed and canceled from your store account settings — we do not control them directly.
• A parental gate precedes every purchase to prevent unintended purchases.

3. Intellectual Property

All app content — characters (Alfy, Waheed, Resha), graphics, audio, text, and software — is owned by tech4app and protected by intellectual property laws; it may not be used outside the app without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or use the app unlawfully. The app is intended for family use under parental supervision.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” for educational and entertainment purposes. We strive for high quality but do not guarantee it is entirely error-free or compatible with every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version is posted on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed under the applicable laws of the company's country of registration.
