يقدّم تطبيق «أكتب مع ألفي» (المُطوَّر من tech4app) تجربة تعليمية موجَّهة للأطفال. صُمّم التطبيق ليكون آمناً تماماً: لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة. توضّح هذه السياسة ذلك بالتفصيل.

باختصار: لا نطلب تسجيلاً، ولا نجمع اسم الطفل أو صورته أو موقعه، ولا نستخدم أي تحليلات خارجية، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع أي بيانات.

المعلومات التي لا نجمعها

  • لا نطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
  • لا نجمع أسماءً أو عناوين بريد إلكتروني أو أرقام هواتف من الأطفال.
  • لا نصل إلى الموقع الجغرافي، أو جهات الاتصال، أو الكاميرا، أو الميكروفون، أو الصور.
  • لا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو SDK من أطراف ثالثة، ولا أي معرّف إعلاني.
  • لا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدم شبكات إعلانية أو تتبّعاً عبر التطبيقات.

لا تحليلات ولا تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع خارجية، ولا يُرسِل أي بيانات استخدام إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي طرف ثالث.

قد توفّر لنا متاجر التطبيقات (Apple App Store وGoogle Play) تقارير أعطال وأداء مجهّلة ومجمّعة — يجمعها المتجر نفسه وبموافقتك، دون تضمين أي أداة خارجية في التطبيق — لمساعدتنا على إصلاح الأخطاء. هذه التقارير لا تُعرّف بهوية أي شخص.

عمليات الشراء والاشتراكات

يُقدَّم التطبيق باشتراك اختياري. تُعالَج جميع عمليات الدفع عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك أو معلومات الدفع ولا نخزّنها. تُدار الاشتراكات وتُلغى من إعدادات حساب المتجر لديك. وتسبق كلَّ عملية شراء بوابة أهل تمنع الشراء غير المقصود من الأطفال.

خصوصية الأطفال

هذا التطبيق موجَّه للأطفال، ونلتزم بالمعايير المعمول بها لحماية خصوصيتهم (بما في ذلك مبادئ COPPA وGDPR-K حيثما تنطبق). نحن لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية تعريفية من الأطفال. إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أننا جمعنا — دون قصد — معلومات من طفلك، فيرجى مراسلتنا وسنحذفها فوراً.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها. لا نشارك أي بيانات مع أطراف ثالثة سوى ما تتطلّبه متاجر التطبيقات (Apple و Google) لإتمام عمليات الشراء، أو عند الضرورة القانونية.

تخزين البيانات

بما أننا لا نجمع بيانات شخصية، يُخزَّن تقدّم الطفل وإعداداته محلياً على الجهاز فقط، ولا يُرسَل إلى أي خادم. ويمكن مسحه بحذف التطبيق.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. ستظهر التحديثات على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث».

“Write with Alfy” (developed by tech4app) is an educational experience designed for children. The app is built to be fully safe: it collects no personal data and uses no third-party analytics or tracking tools. This policy explains that in detail.

In short: no registration, we don't collect a child's name, photo, or location, we use no external analytics, we show no ads, and we don't sell any data.

Information we do NOT collect

  • We don't require an account or sign-in.
  • We don't collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers from children.
  • We don't access location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
  • We use no third-party analytics or SDKs, and no advertising identifier.
  • We show no ads and use no ad networks or cross-app tracking.

No third-party analytics or tracking

The app contains no external analytics or tracking tools, and sends no usage data to our servers or to any third party.

The app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play) may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and performance reports — collected by the store itself with your consent, without any third-party tool embedded in the app — to help us fix bugs. These reports do not identify any individual.

Purchases & subscriptions

The app offers an optional subscription. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see or store your card or payment details. Subscriptions are managed and canceled from your store account settings. A parental gate precedes every purchase to prevent unintended purchases by children.

Children's privacy

This app is directed to children, and we comply with applicable standards protecting their privacy (including COPPA and GDPR-K where applicable). We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent and believe we have unintentionally collected information from your child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We share no data with third parties except what the app stores (Apple and Google) require to complete purchases, or where legally required.

Data storage

Since we collect no personal data, a child's progress and settings are stored locally on the device only and are never sent to any server. They can be cleared by deleting the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
