نحن "dm"، مطوّرو وناشرو لعبة "لودو الهروب" (PRISON LUDO) — وهي لعبة لودو بطابع السجن تُلعب بحجرَي نرد بدل حجر واحد، مع شريط "انتباه السجّان" الذي يضغط اللاعبين زمنياً، وتُلعب ضد بوتات أو مع أصدقائك على الجهاز نفسه (من لاعبَين إلى أربعة).We are dm, the developer and publisher of "PRISON LUDO" — a prison-themed Ludo game played with two dice instead of one, featuring a "Guard Attention" meter that puts players under time pressure, played against bots or with friends on the same device (two to four players).

اللعبة لا تتطلّب إنشاء حساب ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا نطلب اسمك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني ولا أي بيانات تعريف شخصية. نحن أنفسنا لا نُشغّل أي خوادم ولا نجمع أي بيانات ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع خاصة بنا — لا Firebase ولا Unity Analytics ولا غيرها.The game requires no account and no login. We do not ask for your name, your email, or any personally identifying information. We ourselves operate no servers, collect no data, and use no analytics or tracking tools of our own — no Firebase, no Unity Analytics, none.

تُحفظ إعداداتك وتقدّمك (المؤثرات الصوتية، الموسيقى، الاهتزاز، عدد المباريات المنتهية، طريقة النرد التي تفضّلها، حالة شراء إزالة الإعلانات، والمباراة الجارية إن قطعتها في منتصفها) محلياً على جهازك فقط عبر Unity PlayerPrefs، ولا تغادر هذه البيانات جهازك أبداً.Your settings and progress (sound effects, music, vibration, the number of matches you have finished, your preferred dice mode, whether you purchased ad removal, and an in-progress match if you left one unfinished) are stored locally on your device only, via Unity PlayerPrefs, and this data never leaves your device.

٣. خدمات الطرف الثالث3. Third-Party Services

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات محدودين لتشغيل الإعلانات وعمليات الشراء. لكلٍّ منهم سياسة خصوصية خاصة به:We rely on a small number of service providers to run ads and purchases. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — لعرض الإعلانات (إعلان بيني بين المباريات، وإعلان فيديو بمكافأة اختياري هو "الرشوة"). لا تعرض اللعبة أي لافتات إعلانية: policies.google.com/privacyGoogle AdMob — to serve ads (an interstitial ad between matches, and an optional rewarded video ad, the "bribe"). ٤. الإعلانات والتتبّع4. Advertising & Tracking

اللعبة مجانية وتُموَّل بالإعلانات عبر Google AdMob. تعرض اللعبة نوعين اثنين فقط من الإعلانات:The game is free and funded by ads through Google AdMob. It shows exactly two kinds of ads:

• إعلان بيني (كامل الشاشة) يظهر أحياناً بعد انتهاء المباراة على شاشة النتيجة — ولا يظهر إطلاقاً خلال مبارياتك الثلاث الأولى ولا أثناء اللعب نفسه.An interstitial (full-screen) ad that appears occasionally after a match ends, on the result screen — never during your first three matches, and never during gameplay itself.
• إعلان فيديو بمكافأة ("الرشوة")، وهو اختياري بالكامل: يظهر زرّه فقط حين يتجاوز شريط انتباه السجّان النصف، وأنت من تضغطه لتشاهد الإعلان مقابل خفض انتباه السجّان ٣٠٪. لا يُعرض عليك أبداً دون أن تطلبه، ولا يمتلئ الشريط أثناء مشاهدتك للإعلان.A rewarded video ad (the "bribe"), which is entirely optional: its button appears only once the Guard Attention meter passes halfway, and you tap it to watch the ad in exchange for lowering the guard's attention by 30%. It is never shown unless you ask for it, and the meter does not fill while you are watching it.

If you are in a region that requires legal consent (such as the EEA and the UK), a Google consent screen may appear before any ad is loaded. In every case, if you do not consent to personalized ads you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

ملاحظة: شراء "إزالة الإعلانات" يزيل الإعلانات البينية بين المباريات. أما إعلان الرشوة فيبقى متاحاً لك اختيارياً إن أردت خفض انتباه السجّان، ولن يُعرض عليك أبداً دون طلبك.Note: the "Remove ads" purchase removes the interstitial ads between matches. The bribe ad remains available to you optionally, should you want to lower the guard's attention, and is never shown without your request.

٥. عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق5. In-App Purchases

اللعبة مجانية، وتتضمّن عملية شراء اختيارية واحدة فقط: "إزالة الإعلانات" — وهي عملية شراء غير استهلاكية تُدفع مرة واحدة وتبقى دائمة. لا توجد اشتراكات، ولا عملات، ولا صناديق مفاجآت، ولا أي عمليات شراء متكرّرة.The game is free and includes exactly one optional purchase: "Remove ads" — a non-consumable, one-time, permanent purchase. There are no subscriptions, no currencies, no loot boxes, and no recurring purchases of any kind.

تُدار عملية الشراء بالكامل عبر Unity IAP من خلال متجر Apple App Store أو متجر Google Play. لا يستلم المطوّر ولا يخزّن أبداً بيانات بطاقتك أو أي معلومات دفع — فهذه تعالجها Apple وGoogle حصراً. ويمكنك استعادة مشترياتك على أي جهاز يستخدم نفس حساب المتجر عبر زر "استعادة المشتريات" في شاشة الإعدادات.The purchase is handled entirely by Unity IAP through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The developer never receives or stores your card details or any payment information — these are processed solely by Apple and Google. You can restore your purchase on any device using the same store account via the "Restore purchases" button in the settings screen.

هذه اللعبة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية منهم. اللعبة تعرض إعلانات من طرف ثالث، كما أن أجواءها ذات طابع سجن، ولذلك فهي مصنّفة للفئة العمرية ١٣ عاماً فما فوق. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك قد استخدم اللعبة، فتواصل معنا وسنساعدك.This game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The game displays third-party ads and has a prison setting, and is therefore rated for ages 13 and up. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the game, please contact us and we will help.

٧. أمن البيانات والاتصال بالإنترنت7. Data Security & Connectivity

اللعبة نفسها تعمل دون اتصال بالإنترنت — لا يوجد لعب عبر الشبكة ولا مزامنة سحابية، والمباريات تجري كلها على جهازك ضد بوتات أو مع لاعبين على الجهاز نفسه. يُستخدم الاتصال بالإنترنت فقط لجلب الإعلانات ولمعالجة عملية الشراء والتحقّق منها. وتُرسَل أي بيانات تنتقل عبر الشبكة إلى مزوّدي الخدمات عبر اتصال مشفّر باستخدام بروتوكول HTTPS. أما إعداداتك وتقدّمك فمحفوظة محلياً على جهازك عبر Unity PlayerPrefs.The game itself plays offline — there is no online play and no cloud sync; matches run entirely on your device against bots or with players sharing the same device. An internet connection is used only to fetch ads and to process and verify your purchase. Any data transferred over the network to our service providers is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your settings and progress are stored locally on your device via Unity PlayerPrefs.

قد تُعالَج البيانات التي يجمعها مزوّدو الخدمات من الأطراف الثالثة (Google وApple وUnity) وتُخزَّن على خوادم في دول مختلفة حول العالم. باستخدامك للّعبة، فإنك توافق على نقل هذه البيانات ومعالجتها وفق سياسات هؤلاء المزوّدين.Data collected by our third-party providers (Google, Apple, Unity) may be processed and stored on servers in various countries around the world. By using the game, you consent to the transfer and processing of that data in accordance with those providers' policies.
