مرحباً بك في لعبة "أنقذ السجين". تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") استخدامك للّعبة وجميع خدماتها. اللعبة من تطوير ونشر dm، وستكون متاحة على متجر Apple App Store ومتجر Google Play. يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية قبل استخدام اللعبة.Welcome to "SAVE THE PRISONER". These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the game and all of its services. The game is developed and published by dm and will be available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please read these Terms carefully before using the game.

١. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of Terms

بتنزيلك أو تثبيتك أو استخدامك للعبة "أنقذ السجين"، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وبسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فيُرجى عدم استخدام اللعبة. إن استمرار استخدامك للعبة يُعدّ موافقة مستمرة على هذه الشروط وأي تحديثات تطرأ عليها.By downloading, installing, or using "SAVE THE PRISONER", you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the game. Your continued use of the game constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates to them.

٢. ترخيص الاستخدام2. License to Use

تمنحك dm ترخيصاً شخصياً ومحدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام اللعبة لأغراضك الشخصية وغير التجارية فقط على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها. أنت توافق على عدم القيام بأي مما يلي:dm grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the game for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, on devices that you own or control. You agree not to do any of the following:

• نسخ اللعبة أو محتواها أو إعادة توزيعها أو بيعها أو تأجيرها.Copy, redistribute, sell, or rent the game or its content.
• إجراء هندسة عكسية أو فك تجميع أو تفكيك اللعبة أو محاولة استخراج شيفرتها المصدرية.Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the game.
• تعديل اللعبة أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها أو إزالة أي إشعارات ملكية.Modify the game, create derivative works from it, or remove any proprietary notices.

يجوز لـ dm إلغاء هذا الترخيص في أي وقت إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط.dm may revoke this license at any time if you violate these Terms.

٣. عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق3. In-App Purchases

اللعبة مجانية للعب وتُموَّل بالإعلانات، وتتضمّن عملية شراء اختيارية واحدة بمال حقيقي:The game is free to play and ad-supported, and includes exactly one optional real-money purchase:

• "إزالة الإعلانات": عملية شراء غير استهلاكية تُدفع مرة واحدة وتبقى دائمة، وتزيل الإعلان البيني الذي يظهر بين المراحل. تبقى الإعلانات الثلاثة الاختيارية (مضاعفة الفوز، حركات إضافية) متاحة لك إن رغبت، ولا تُعرض أبداً دون طلبك."Remove ads": a non-consumable, one-time, permanent purchase that removes the interstitial ad shown between levels. The three optional ads (win doubling, bonus moves) remain available to you should you want them, and are never shown without your request.

تعزيزات المتجر (مبرّد، دخان، مفتاح هيكلي، حزمة قلوب) تُشترى بعملات داخل اللعبة تربحها من اللعب فقط، وليست عمليات شراء بمال حقيقي ولا يمكن شراء العملات نفسها بمال حقيقي حالياً. لا توجد اشتراكات ولا تجديد تلقائي ولا صناديق مفاجآت. تُعالَج عملية الشراء الحقيقية الوحيدة بالكامل من خلال متجر Apple App Store أو Google Play عبر Unity IAP، ولا يستلم المطوّر أو يخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات أو دفع على الإطلاق. وقد تختلف الأسعار حسب المنطقة، وتخضع المبالغ المستردّة لسياسات متجر Apple App Store ومتجر Google Play.Shop boosters (iron file, smoke bomb, skeleton key, lives pack) are bought only with in-game coins earned by playing, are not real-money purchases, and the coins themselves cannot currently be bought with real money. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewal, and no loot boxes. The one real-money purchase is processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play via Unity IAP, and the developer never receives or stores any card or payment data whatsoever. Prices may vary by region, and refunds follow the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

٤. الإعلانات4. Advertising

تُموَّل النسخة المجانية من اللعبة بالإعلانات عبر Google AdMob، وتقتصر على نوعين: إعلان بيني يظهر أحياناً بعد شاشة الفوز أو الخسارة (ولا يظهر في أول مرحلتين)، وثلاثة إعلانات فيديو بمكافأة اختيارية تماماً (مضاعفة الفوز، حركات إضافية مرتين). لا تعرض اللعبة أي لافتات إعلانية، ولا تقاطعك بإعلان أثناء اللعب. وقد تكون الإعلانات مخصّصة أو غير مخصّصة بحسب إعدادات جهازك ومنطقتك؛ وحيثما تتطلّب القوانين موافقتك، تظهر لك شاشة موافقة من Google قبل تحميل الإعلانات، وعلى iOS نطلب إذن App Tracking Transparency صراحةً. يمكنك رفض الإعلانات المخصّصة من إعدادات جهازك أو من زر "إدارة موافقة الإعلانات" داخل اللعبة، ويمكن لعملية شراء "إزالة الإعلانات" إزالة الإعلان البيني نهائياً.The free version of the game is funded by ads through Google AdMob, limited to two types: an interstitial ad that appears occasionally after the win or lose screen (never during the first two levels), and three entirely optional rewarded video ads (win doubling, bonus moves twice over). The game shows no banner ads and never interrupts you with an ad during gameplay. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and region; where the law requires your consent, a Google consent screen appears before ads are loaded, and on iOS we explicitly request App Tracking Transparency permission. You may refuse personalized ads from your device settings or from the "Manage ad consent" button inside the game, and the "Remove ads" purchase permanently removes the interstitial ad.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول والسلوك المحظور5. Acceptable Use / Prohibited Conduct

أنت توافق على استخدام اللعبة بطريقة قانونية ومسؤولة. وعلى وجه التحديد، أنت توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:You agree to use the game in a lawful and responsible manner. Specifically, you agree not to:

• استخدام أدوات غش أو روبوتات أو برامج آلية أو أي وسيلة للتلاعب باللعبة أو بمحاكاة الحبيبات أو بتقدّمك فيها.Use cheats, bots, automated software, or any means to manipulate the game, the sand simulation, or your progression.
• التلاعب بالإعلانات أو بعمليات الشراء أو محاولة الحصول على المكافآت أو المنتجات المدفوعة دون وجه حق.Manipulate ads or purchases, or attempt to obtain rewards or paid products illegitimately.
• استخدام اللعبة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.Use the game for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.

٦. الملكية الفكرية6. Intellectual Property

جميع محتويات اللعبة، بما في ذلك الرسومات والتصميمات (حقل الرمل، المكعبات، الصخور، الحمم، الذهب، السجين، شريط انتباه السجّان) والنصوص والمؤثرات الصوتية والشيفرة البرمجية وقواعد اللعب والعلامات التجارية، مملوكة لـ dm أو مرخّصة لها، وهي محميّة بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها. لا يُمنح لك أي حق أو ملكية في اللعبة سوى الترخيص المحدود الموضّح في هذه الشروط.All game content, including graphics and designs (the sand field, the cubes, the rocks, the lava, the gold, the prisoner, the Guard Attention meter), text, sound effects, code, gameplay rules, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to dm and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no right or title in the game other than the limited license described in these Terms.

٧. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة7. Third-Party Services

تعتمد اللعبة على خدمات من أطراف ثالثة لتشغيل بعض ميزاتها، وتشمل Apple وGoogle وGoogle AdMob (الإعلانات) وUnity (محرّك اللعبة وUnity IAP). يخضع استخدامك لهذه الخدمات لشروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها، ولا تتحمّل dm مسؤولية ممارسات هذه الأطراف الثالثة. ولا تستخدم اللعبة أي خدمات تحليلات أو تتبّع أخرى.The game relies on third-party services to operate some of its features, including Apple, Google, Google AdMob (ads), and Unity (the game engine and Unity IAP). Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and dm is not responsible for the practices of these third parties. The game uses no other analytics or tracking services.

٨. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات8. Disclaimer of Warranties

تُقدَّم اللعبة "كما هي" و"حسب توفّرها" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أو ضمنية. لا تضمن dm أن تكون اللعبة خالية من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات، أو أن تعمل دون توقّف، أو أن تلبّي توقّعاتك. أنت تستخدم اللعبة على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. dm does not warrant that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted, that it will operate without downtime, or that it will meet your expectations. You use the game at your own risk.

٩. حدود المسؤولية9. Limitation of Liability

إلى الحدّ الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لن تكون dm مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، أو أي خسارة في البيانات، تنشأ عن استخدامك للعبة أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها — بما في ذلك فقدان إعداداتك أو تقدّمك المحفوظ، إذ إنه محفوظ محلياً على جهازك فقط. لا تتجاوز مسؤولية dm الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته (إن وُجد) للعبة خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للحدث المنشئ للمطالبة.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the game — including the loss of your settings or saved progress, which are stored locally on your device only. dm's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the game during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

١٠. التعديلات على هذه الشروط10. Changes to These Terms

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر لتعكس تغييرات في اللعبة أو في المتطلبات القانونية. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنُحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى هذه الصفحة. إن استمرار استخدامك للعبة بعد نشر التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط المُحدّثة.We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the game or in legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

١١. الإنهاء11. Termination

يجوز لـ dm تعليق وصولك إلى اللعبة أو إنهاؤه في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط أو أسأت استخدام اللعبة. يمكنك إنهاء استخدامك في أي وقت بحذف اللعبة من جهازك. تظلّ بنود الملكية الفكرية وإخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية سارية بعد الإنهاء.dm may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the game. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the game from your device. The provisions on intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability survive termination.

١٢. القانون الحاكم12. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها على المطوّر، دون الإخلال بحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية المكفولة لك بموجب قوانين بلد إقامتك.These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the developer, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence.
